Since 2011 we have been providing specialist RPL services and have a very strong focus and affiliation with those Members transitioning from the Military and Police forces to civilian employment.

We have a strong understanding of the unique defence culture, and the impact of military service on personnel and their families when transitioning back to civilian life.

Our trained Assessors are mindful and compassionate towards this cohort, with the understanding that experience is gained in a variety of settings and situations and is not always reflected in written documentation.  

​

We work closely identifying a range of hidden and transferrable skills and are highly skilled at translating that experience into Nationally Recognised Qualifications.
