BSB20215 Certificate II in Customer Engagement
This qualification is designed to reflect the role of individuals who typically interact with customers under direct supervision and have limited authority to delegate.
Duties at this level would include dealing with communication from multiple channels, listening to and responding to customers’ requests and capturing of data.

Entry Requirements
English language, literacy, and numeracy skills equivalent to at least Year 10 level. Basic computer skills are required for this qualification.
