30942QLD Course in Community Justice Services (Commissioner for Declarations)

This course is designed to provide participants with knowledge, skills and generic and specific competencies to aid in the voluntary provision of witnessing document completion and minor judicial duties within the community.

Commissioners for Declarations undertake a range of minor judicial and administrative duties acting as ‘gate keepers’ of the Queensland legal system. The role of a Commissioner for Declaration is voluntary; their services are in constant demand right across the state.
